Company Overview:
Cobalt is an embedded integration platform that lets SaaS companies launch 2-way native integrations in days rather than months. The platform includes an SDK for easy integration into the codebase, fully managed authentication, end-to-end monitoring, and easy deployment capabilities. Cobalt shortens the integration delivery time, unlock stuck revenue, and increases product engagement. Our approach is similar to how most companies don't manage their own servers, but instead rely on cloud providers to handle the infrastructure.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in working closely with our customers to integrate our Cobalt platform into their existing systems and workflows. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and integration of Cobalt, while providing excellent technical support and guidance throughout the process.


  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop integration strategies using Cobalt.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, assisting them in effectively integrating Cobalt into their existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing optimized solutions using Cobalt.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and document technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the integration process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to educate them on Cobalt's functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements related to Cobalt and provide proactive recommendations to customers.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Solution Engineer or a similar role in a software or technology company.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software integration, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple customer integration projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Cobalt platform or similar enterprise software solutions will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
