Senior Software Engineer

We are a fast-growing technology company seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

As a Backend Engineer, you will work closely with our team of developers to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend applications using NodeJS. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building APIs to integrating third-party services, and will play a critical role in the development of our product.

Salary: ₹25L – ₹35L + Equity

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain backend applications using NodeJS
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that integrate with frontend applications and third-party services
• Implement automated tests to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and MySQL
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
